Yup, my boys & I watched them this morning online. We especially liked the scene at the end of the one where the chickens are watching TV at the bar, there are some REAL chickens in the crowd.
I think the ones screaming the loudest are all the Denny's cooks & wait staff who will be working that day. If you plan to go for a free Grand Slam be certain to treat your server with extra consideration and remember to include the value of your free meal when leaving your tip. I did briefly consider taking my kids out on Tuesday for a "free" breakfast at Denny's, but have since decided otherwise. I would still have to pay for the gas for the trip into town, and pay for beverages and a nice tip. There's a chance I would encounter a crowded restaurant, rushed service, and a hastily cooked meal. I wouldn't dare send my plate back on that day if my food wasn't cooked to my satisfaction. Most importantly, the breakfast would feature aged factory farmed eggs, which cannot compare to the goodness of my own flock's fresh offerings. I also think I can make better pancakes than those white-flour ones Denny's serves.
This is a nice offer from Denny's, and a good deal if you already have to get your breakfast out. Those commercials were entertaining, but those hens don't have to scream on my behalf, I'll be eating at home.
