Did I do something wrong?? Lost 2 chicks

It's still extremely rare to be bacterial. It's usually extreme temperatures and sometimes dehydration. I don't get chicks shipped any more and they get probiotic powder in their first water and I haven't had the problem in years.

This debate could go on further, but I believe it is best to stop.
 
Thanks all! My head is spinning with all this information. I did get the 2 chicks that passed replaced. They all seem to be doing good now. I am keeping an eye on their bottoms.
