Did I just fry my quail eggs??

I just got 12 coturnix quail eggs and put them in my still air incubator. They were fine at 100 degrees when I left and then I came back in it had raised to 108!! I fixed it immediately, but is it too late???

That same exact thing happened to me but mine hatched ok
