did i kill it?

i heard peeping yesterday and checked but no other signs of hatching. last night i saw it moving but then i accidently bumped the incubator and the egg rolled... no signs since... did i kill it or could it still be alive??

I doubt it, you should be OK, hens and the other chicks bump eggs all the time.
