Did I kill them

I hatched 6/6 at 65%. I started at 45% then increased day 18; it was my first batch and I wasn't sure what I was doing so I guess in answer to your question: Yes I have

did you candle the eggs to see the condition of the air cell?

IF you are already in lockdown decreasing humidity will cause shrink wrapped chicks.. the humidity at lockdown will not cause drowning.. it's the incubation humidity that is of concern... so the condition of the air cell will tell us more about what to expect from the chicks and if there will be a problem or not
 
No, you didn't drown them. I was 60-70 all the way through incubation plus it got up to 108 degrees fro two hours! All five hatched and are healthy! Good luck with your hatch!
