Did i start my hens too early on Grower/Finisher?

My 8 hens are 15 weeks old this week and my other 2 hens are 20 weeks old as well.
I started the 8 hens at 11 or 12 weeks old on the Grower/Finisher and just bought the other 2 hens around 3 weeks ago.
I was just wondering if i started them too early or is this fine? or should i move back to Starter/Grower?
We are using Dumor brand for the hens, hope someone can help clear all this up for me.

I don't think so, I start on 23% chick starter then they go right to 16% layer younger then yours

We heard that changing too soon can cause laying egg problems?
Also heard they can mature slower just wondering if all this is true? Thanks
