I hatched out 8 chicks on Feb 24, so they are about 6 weeks old. They are Columbian Rock X bred to a Silver Grey Dorking roo. It sure looks like one male and 7 females, is it too good to be true?! One of them has a clearly defined redder and larger comb, while the rest have smaller and more yellow combs. Do you folks think he is the only roo of the batch, or could the others be late bloomers? Curious to see what you all think!
Happy spring to everyone!
