Did it get shrink wrapped?

Today is day 31 and none of my turkey eggs hatched. I did an eggtopsy and I found that two died early, two died a day or so before hatching and this one is dead. Did it get shrink wrapped? Thanks!

For future I will make sure that the humidity doesn’t get low.
