Did my duck get stung by a wasp??

I know she has bumble foot, I have been Soaking it and keeping it wrapped up most of the time. The other day took off the bandage and let her go out with the flock for a bit for some exercise, when I came back she was limping really bad, I checked and didn't see anything new so I just wrapped her foot back up and put her back in her area. Yesterday I went out to check on her and her foot was really swollen, and she had a bump on the top. I cleaned the bottom of her foot last night but it looked the same this morning. Guinea wasps are really bad here, so I was wondering if she got stung .
