did my friend get 2 hens? or is 1 a roo?

these are some chickens a friend of mine got, she thought they were 2 RIR hens, but one looks awfully light/rooish to me. what do you think?

I don't know anything about the breed. But I think it he light colored one looks like a roo too. I have no clue though

I've got a gold sex link pullet that's almost the same color as the darker of the two; she's just a bit lighter than the RIR pullets I picked up at the same time. I got both pullets the same day at the same feed store, which I believe gets most if not all of their chicks from one hatchery (probably McMurray's since they sell a lot of unusual/rare breeds). I picked up three of the gold sex link chicks, actually. One was for me and the other two went to two neighbors. All of them are the same color.
