The wings in the photo above are definitely just molting, not clipped. My ducks molt their wing feathers in 2-3 days. They just suddenly drop all their wing feathers and start growing them back once a year.
Clipped feathers look much different, the feather is cut in a line further away from the fleshy part of the wing. I encourage you to look at a YouTube tutorial of wing trimming so you can see the difference.
