Did one of my Muscovy eggs quit on me

So I just candled my 7 Muscovy eggs I have in my incubator. This is my first ever hatch. They are at day 10. The incubator has an automatic turner, turns every 2 hours. One of the eggs have a black blob, unsure if this is the eye??? Heart??? Or did one of my eggs quit? Also it’s developing mostly on one side, is that just how they start or is my turner not sufficient?

Does it look as though it wasn’t sufficiently turned? Or do they just start out by developing in only one side

I'm also anxious for the answer to that question. Lol. Started mine on 4/25/20 and mine are doing the same thing.. My last batch never corrected itself and I only ended up with a terrible hatch rate, so I'm desperately hoping hand turning these more often will save this batch.

Looks like it has quit (and has a blood ring) - you should be seeing lots of blood vessel development by Day 10.
