Hi My friend is hatching eggs and her it will be 21 days since lockdown today . . . did they die? how long should we keep them befor we throw the eggs out? I am new to this . . . .

Now if today is day 21 since you set the eggs, you should wait a couple of days at least. Things could be slow.

How were your temps, how was the humidity, where did the eggs come from, are you sure of their fertility?

Give them more time. They could be late because of temperature fluctuations ... it's been pretty common this season for late chicks...so I would give them at least until Monday night. Keep the humidity up and cheep at them...tell them that a beautiful world is waiting for them!
