Diet for babies AND adult Black Swans

Other than aquatic plants, shrimp and feeder fish, what can be fed to cygnets and adult swans safely?

I feed my black, mute swans, canada, barnacle, and all my ducks standard duck food.

Different breeders feed different diets...... Some feed a Swan diet specifically for Swan by Mazuri, Some people feed a milled chicken Laying feed........ I've fed mine feed from our local mill, along with Purina Flock Raiser and lots of Romane lettuce, greens and plenty of good grazing grass. Mine never ate fish, shrimp but did decimate all my pond plants with the help of my sneaky EA Cranes....
