What is the difference between a booted bantam and a pekin? To me they both look very simular.
Thanks in advance.

A booted bantam is a separate breed, they really don't look like (cochins)Pekins besides the fact the both are small and have feathered legs. Booted bantams are from Europe, Cochins are from Asia. Booted bantams are tiny and sleek with feathered feet and cochins are round and fluffy.

I've seen booted bantams that look just like the pekins. Fatter and rounder.

It's just confused me that's all.
