hi,
i heard that bantam calls are quiet, and i also heard that calls are loud, so are they different? if they are...how quiet are bantam calls? and if they are quiet then where can i get hatching eggs? THANKS!!!!

As I Recall - Call ducks are a loud small breed, well the females are loud- the males are not so loud... some people may call 'call ducks' a bantam duck - so bantam calls are call ducks...

???

As far as I know, bantam calls and call ducks are the same thing. I have little ones, and yes, they are talky. Its mostly the girl tho, the drake isn't any louder than any other male duck.
This is what mine does:

Calls are naturally a talkative species since they were originally bred as lures for duck hunters.

They are both the same name for call ducks. Call Ducks were for their loud voice. Since in previous threads you mentioned you want a quiet breed you DO NOT want a call. They are VERY loud especially for their size

Yes i know that calls are extremely noisy, thanks for telling me theres a difference because if i ended up with calls, the police would be at my house within 5 seconds!
