Difference between heritage and hatchery brahmas

Hey,
Does any one know the major differences between hatchery brahmas and brahmas from a breeder (not including show quality)

Get out your Standard of Perfection and read the standard for Brahmas. The breeder birds should be very close to that description. The hatchery birds probably won't be.
