Differences EE, Ameraucana, & Araucana * Pls post pics*

This is my almost 2 week old Ameraucana. I purchased her [at least, was told it's a her] from a feed store. I'm surprised at her size, she's the largest of my chicks. Very friendly and curious.

QUESTION: What color will this chick turn out to be? Is she what is considered a "Silver"? Thanks!

Here is a link to pics of the standard Ameraucanas.

I hatched out 3 "blue" Amercaunas from shipped eggs from my pet chicken. They are almost 2 weeks old. 1 is white with blue eyes, 1 is blue (gray) with green eyes, and 1 is black with a couple white feathers on the end of his/her wings and greenish gray eyes (splash?). My question is (and maybe I'm not searching this thread properly...if so, sorry!), can an Amercauna be considered a true Amercauna if he/she had blue or green eyes or or would this be considered an EE? Is a chick 2 weeks old still likely to have their eye color change?
Eye color changes as the chicks mature.

If I understand correctly, Ameraucauna is recognized as a breed - but two fully documented, recognized, authentic Ameraucaunas can produce offspring that are Not acceptable as meeting Ameraucauna breed standards?

That doesn't sound like a "breed" to me. I guess I'm just as glad that I'm interested in the pretty eggs much more than in the niceties of breed standards for show purposes ;)

I do have to make a point of checking the beak and leg color on my three little sweethearts now, if only for curiosity's sake. Kind of hoping they're just EE's, since the potential variety of egg color is greater.

Can someone tell me if what I have are truly Ameraucanas? I've tried reading the descriptions but am still confused. They lay pastel blue and green eggs and were called Ameraucanas by the hatchery but after reading conflicting information I just want to be sure. The last picture shows one at 6 weeks. Some ID help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to everyone for making this site such a great resource!

You have some very pretty Easter Eggers. Myself (I know othersd disagree) consider them the fore runners of the Ameraucana. Basically they came from the same imported stock from South America that carried the blue egg gene. It was how they were breedto get to the state that they are considered now. Easter Eggers (variety of colors and patterns), Ameraucana's (breed for the blue egg, in standardized colors, muffs, beards and tail), and the Araucana ( bred for the blue egg, tufts from the ears and rumpless).
