Differences in meat (quality/quantity) between LF Cornish colors?

Nice looking birds. Here's a write-up on what you're looking for, also they have a breeders list as well.
Thanks, I think for $150, they are worth it, at least for getting started anyway. I might try to get some eggs from Fat Daddy's White Cornish or a trio from another breeder. The only breeder I've found that has White Cornish available now is in FL (18 hours away) and wants $350 for a trio. A little steep (never mind the the drive I would have to take to get them).
ETA: I do plan on getting some toads from Ralph in the spring.
They look like great birds! Let me know how it works out for you.

Do you mean Cornish crosses for meat? Or pure Cornish rocks?

I made my own meat birds, I wanted some size on them..
I use a 20# propane tank as a reference for people with mine.

The bird below went just under 20# Notice how wide he is compared to the tank. View attachment 1163160

And here is one of them dressed next to a turkey. The turkey is on the right..Chicken on left. View attachment 1163162
Ralphie I think it is the other way round. Chicken on the right of the pic.

You might think that, but you would be wrong...
I think your CRS is showing, the way I recall is that you had them labeled left - turkey and right - toad when you first posted that picture. I have processed enough turkeys and chickens to know that the turkey carcass is on the left and the toad is on the right. No heritage turkey has the shape of the carcass on the right.

The other thing that I remember from the first time you posted that image was that you gave the dressed weights and the chicken was significantly heavier than the turkey which goes right along with the fact that the carcass on the right is the bigger of the two.

Exactly, the left carcass seems to me like a turkey and the right has a classic shape of chicken. But .....
