morning I was just realizing that when I introduce my 2 month olds in a few days to my flock they will be on completely different feed. My hens have just progressed to laying rations and the 2 month olds obviously won’t be anywhere near that age yet. What does everyone do for feed? Do I mix both or just feed one? If so which one. Thanks.

Just feed one, and make that one a grower, or all flock. Have lots of oystershell on the side for your layers. Layer feed has too much calcium, and not enough protein for the youngsters. If you have room, you can throw what layer feed you have into the freezer for mixing in when your littles get to laying age.
