Different breed

I recently purchase some white rocks. They are healthy active and eating. One is a lot smaller than the others and a different shape. They are about 4.5 weeks old. I moved her with 2 friends so she isn't getting run over. Is this bird just not a white rock or should I be concerned?

It just looks like a runt but the same as the other two.

If so it should catch up in time? I guess I'll just keep her with her couple of friends because they run her over when she's with the full group

Runts sometimes develop to normal size but usually end up smaller than there counterparts.
