Different kinds of starter/grower foods... which is best?

I have been buying bags of starter/grower that look like grape nuts. It is brown/tan. A friend of mine has grower/starter that have more cracked corn in it.

Which is better? Is there a better one? Is it just a preference thing like some people are chevy people and others are ford?

More corn means it is less protein and the chickens take longer and eat more to get adequte protein levels for growing

your feed probably has corn but not the total amt hers has
I would personally feed yours
