Different Wyandottes

We've never had a Golden Laced, but we do have other varieties. They're sweethearts (often held by my 6 and 3 year olds). Fly well. Range well. Middle-of-the-pack when it comes to pecking order. Lay very well -- straight through the winter.

Have fun,
Kate

While this is a wyandottes question, I really think you should consider the light brahmas, they are very cold hardy and lay really well for years to come!

Would I raise bantam chicks any different than the standard version?

Also, if we get one bantam, would she get picked on by the 9 other standard version hens?
