I found some tracks on YouTube that play relaxing 30's/40's style music (all instrumental). Got it looped and streaming around the house. Instantly put me in a good mood!

Went to D-Day Conneaut, Ohio today. The reenactments were really good and there was lots of WWII things to see. Son was nerding out all day
We had Communion at church today. Typically we celebrate the Lord's Supper once a quarter so it's very special. A High Sabbath. Also we had visitors today which made it even more special, not strangers but members who had moved to another area that we don't see very often. 
A friend sent me sprouted seeds (bulbils, actually) from his tiger lily plants.

The tenant from heck (I am aware that there are worse tenants than this one was) is finally out. Not without drama, and not without at least one item left behind that she'll be wanting, but at least I don't have to walk on eggshells in my own home anymore.
My husband took on a lot of the routine chores to help make the day less overwhelming.
