OK then, let's say he was shot on the head. But where he was shot doesn't matter. What kind of car did he have? It also doesn't matter from where he was shot.

This has been solved but it does matter whether he was shot from outside the vehicle or inside the vehicle. I think it needed to be mentioned in the wording that it was not a suicide. Tricky riddle though. Thanks!
