Difficulty breathing with squawk

I have a 12 week old chick that gasps for air. Though the strange thing is the apparently involuntary but intermittent squawk that goes with it. Any advice?

I think the only thing you can do at this point is get her on an antibiotic like Tylan or Baytril for a respiratory problem.
