Digestive issues with duck eggs

I only ate one the first time, I do plan to try another one in a few days. I scrambled the first one. And I read that adding milk to it stabilizes the sulfer in it. So I will try it without milk.
I don't think it's salmonella. FWIW, I used to have a mild allergy to duck eggs, but it went away after I ate enough eggs I guess. I noticed that after eating duck eggs my mouth felt funny, sort of itchy and swollen.
