Dilating and constricting pupil

Does it happen when she is pressing while laying an egg?

Apart from changing light conditions or while laying dilating and constricting pupils hint to pain.

They won't let me get a video of the eye it's very slight. They are 4 months old it is hot like 90 degrees during day. They are eating scratch grains and cracked corn

I don't know anything about the eye issue, but they aren't getting adequate nutrition on the scratch and corn. Those items should be used only for occasionsl treats. They need pelleted or crumbled feed, that's complete balanced nutrition. I recommend an all-flock formula with separate dishes of oyster shell (OS) and crushed granite grit. The OS is for making good shells, the grit helps in digestion. You could also get layer formula but it's not ideal for any bird that is not laying for any reason.

They need some proteins as well to grow properly and be healthy.

Is there a reason you don't provide commercial starter/grower feed?

Did you check their coop for blood sucking poultry mites?
The pullet in your first picture appears to be really pale.
