What breed are the pullets? Since he's the only bantam amongst LF pullets that are also older than him, it makes sense as to why they attack him

He is taller than they are 12 pullets are Dominique they are 8 months I have 11 others that are different breeds that are 7 months as is the rooster

Most Polish are not bantams. I think this Polish rooster must be the large fowl kind.

Polish comes in standard and bantam size, and the American Poultry Association recognizes both in their standards book. The Polish are classified as a ‘Continental’ breed.

Still think the best course of action is seating him for a while, being bullied and pecked around is no way to live. I have had no personal experience with this, as my flock is largely crested, but some people have reported than if there are only one or two crested birds in the flock they tend to get picked on

LF Polish are tall, but generally lightweight. I wasn't thinking about size so much as Polish often not fitting in well with mixed flocks.

I agree I think his problem is that he is the only polish. Chickens do not like other chickens that are noticeably different in appearance. Having a crest is like wearing a big funny tall hat in a crow full of people not wearing hats. No matter what you do he is going to stand out and they are going to notice that crest.
