I have built a new cabinet type incubator and was curious to the dimesions or various types of autoturners. I am looking at the LG and hova-bator ones. does onyone have a preference between the two and if so why? Any advice welcome!

Quote:I have both, used them both, have no preference for most applications.

However the LG have motor in the center.
It is wise not to place 1 or 2 eggs next to the motor since it is getting really hot. At least mine does.

If you are hatching different size eggs together (chicken and quail lets say) LG is perhaps more flexible since you can position different size plastic egg holders in any spot (slot).

With GQF you can also mix the trays, but each tray (row) will hold one kind of eggs, you can not mix eggs of various sizes in one row.

Any way I am glad I have both.
