Dimmer for a homemade incubator?!??

I really like the idea of using the dimmer switch on the brooder lamps! That is a great idea rooster-red!!

Thanks for sharing that Rooster-Red! I'll have to write that down, so I have it handy when I redo my brooders.

I am in the process of redoing many things at the moment. So, I figure I would start with the bator and work my way down the process. LOL

what ever you deceide, ifits home made make sure to use a surge prodector in between.

surge protecter plugged into the wall and then plug bator to surge protecter. I would not use a dimmer switch at all. Only on a brooder light.

Sounds good. I had planned on using a surge protector, just because we have our daily summer thunder storms here. It was just the "in between" threw me off.
