Cynthia (SpeckledHen) told someone to incubate the eggs for a few days, then candle them to see if anything is developing. I forget which thread it was under though.

CovenantCreek,
I am having a hard enough time keeping up with my egg customers, so I haven't tried it. I did however order some silkie eggs. My bator is running steady now.
I do have a question however, do you have to let them set for a day before putting them in the bator after receiving them? I am new to incubating! I read that in one of the threads.

Lisa I love daylilies. I've had some for 5+ years. I had to leave most in NY when I moved, and I am slowly building up again, slow! I think I have 10. You have so many, is this your garden or a business?
