Dipsy's eggs are hatching!! PICS!!

HELP!! I think the chicks suffocated a silkie that was pipped. It has a hole about the size of a nickel, but it's not moving or anything. They were all laying on top of it!

Congrats on your hatches! Just keep an eye out for the little silkie, it may just be resting. Can you see if it is breathing at all?

I don't think it is...I can see (i think) it's back, but its not moving. I only have 2 silkies hatched, about 10 to go...

One more silkie hatched! DH decided to put some of them in the brooder while I was at a doctor's appt...Took the one out, and it was gone...I don't see any more pips, but they've been rolled around so much!

Hey Lisa - I'm so excited. Was going to bed and stopped to check on bator one last time. Heard CHIRPING. Been waiting to see if Frank's Serama eggs would pip today but no sign yet. However, definite chirping. One of your BR has a small break and looks like one of the EEs too but it's on side and I can't get a good look. But the BR definitely has a hole.

I can't believe they can be chirping like little birds and they are still in shells.

I can't believe I'm this excited. So relieved I didn't "cook" all of them with the 108 temp spikes.

Gonna be a long night. Can't sleep with babies hatching. Today is day 19. This is soooooo fun.

Yup! Mine started on day 19 too!! It's such fun!!

Crystal - are those the Americaunas in top photo? I have half Americaunas and half Barred Rock.

Oh, and how long did they take to come out of shell once pipped? I'm guessing I'll be up all night watching/waiting.

They're all a mix of frizzles, ameracaunas, and silkies. They didn't take long at all, especially the ameracaunas!! The silkies were the slowest, and I only got 4 so far... PRAYING for more! If not, I need more eggs and SO is gonna kill me (unless I sneak them in, which I'll gladly do!!)
