I recently bought some new chickens about 1 month ago. When I first got them there behinds were fine for a few days but after that I have had problems since. I have bathed them with Epsom salts and was giving them ACV in there water for about 2 weeks and giving them natural yougart as well but it still persists. I free range my chickens. They were not free ranged at previous owner. See pics attached.

HI, first off welcome to BYC!!
Second, I am no expert, however I would assume that the new variety in their diet might have been a factor.
Any idea what feed the previous owner used?
Any idea if they were wormed recently
I know you said you free ranged, so they are getting more than what you feed them.
Hmmm...
hopefully others chime in here.

Thanks :)

He used his own feed which he got mixed at a local mill. I got a bag off him and still using it , so they get that and whatever else they eat when they free range. Not sure when they were wormed, I haven’t wormed them as yet.

I would put a tsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tsp per gallon of water. And also sprinkle Cheyenne pepper on their feed that's how I keep mine wormed. Hope that helps
