Dirty Eggs???

I have 1 silkie hen and 2 bantam Cochin hens. The silkie hen keeps getting her nest very dirty and the cochins seem to be doin an ok job. First off what can I do to help her keep the eggs clean ( she is very aggresive ) , I also have a bantam cochin that is sittin on an empy nest box and I can not get to her to stop sittin. What do I do??? Thx so much for any help. Nate

Sorry by the way I do have a Bantam Cochin Roo and a silkie Roo so I feel like they have fertile eggs.

This might help with the cochin. Sounds like she is broody.

As far as the dirty nesting box, are they roosting in it or over it?
