Dirty goat butt

Hello guys I was wondering if it is normal for my goats butt to look this way. it always has flakes and looks dirty we tried cleaning it one time and it just turned back to this.

I'm no goat expert, but my goats butt looks the same way all the time so I hope it's normal. Looks like she just got some poop on it.

Yes. You can take a damp paper towel and clean it up if you like. FYI, normal part of grooming for show is to clean this area.
