Dirty keets- what do I do?

We have 12 new baby Keets, just a few days old. Unfortunately Over the night they dumped their water somehow and then made a gruel out of it with their food and shavings. They are all now dirty with their belly feathers clumped together. The feathers are dry, but I’m worried about heat regulation. Should I try to gently wash their belly feathers? We have chickens, this is our first time with guinea.

Put them on clean bedding, provide supplemental heat, and they will clean themselves and be fine.
