Dirty shipped eggs arrived. What to do?

4 now and all Ayam Cemani. Their eggs are a fair bit smaller than the copper marans and Olives so perhaps that's why they hatching first? Thoughts...

I used to always have an AC in every batch that popped out a day before everyone else. Don't know why, but there was always at least one, haha.

How's their color? Black legs, black toes, black toenails?

Well that's good to know. Very hard to see them as the incubator is plastic and not clear. I use flashlight to sort of see in there but not enough to get a good view. Id love to open and take picts but know that's just not allowed yet. Soon...

Hatch complete!! 12 Black/blue copper maran eggs shipped. 1 cracked in shipping. 9 hatched (4 blue and 5 black). 1 completely formed but didn't make it out for some reason. 1 egg rotten, yuk and thankful it didn't explode in there.
12 Ayam Cemani. 10 hatched and 2 fully developed but didn't make it out.

The 4 that didn't make it, I candled and saw no movement. Slowly chipped away and opened to find them dead but appeared normal. The rotten one smelled as soon as I poked a tiny hole.

Anyway so there is the summery of getting 24 shipped eggs that arrived very dirty. They were washed in 105 degree water and then soaked for 60 seconds in a bleach water (1/100) solution also at 105 degrees.

Very happy with results but always sad for the few that didnt make it out. :(

That's pretty darn good for shipped eggs!
Congrats!
Thanks so much! Very very happy. Here is one the blue copper maran chicks <3
