Dirty vent

We trimmed her, but the remaining few mm of feather shaft are still dirty (the skin looks OK, not red or anything). Should we bathe her too?

Nah, as long as skin looks good I'd leave her to preen it clean.
Keep an eye on it.
How 'dirty' are they?
Stuff clinging to the shafts right at the skin level?
If so, could be mite or lice eggs?
