Hey,
We have had a chick hatch today and it appears that it has no toe bones so is having trouble walking, its a determined little one that keeps pushing itself to walk but just can't manage it, it has use of its legs stretching them out but its toes are completely flimsy. It has learnt to use its elbows and wings and sort of belly flop its way round and can do this for a little while but gets extremely tired after a while. My Mum has decided to take it to a farm tomorrow to have it put down but i don't want her to do this if there is hope for it yet! Is there any chance he will start walking?
