When she tries to walk her toes just drag underneath her foot and she ends up hobbling and beating her wings. Her foot is still warm and not discolored so she still has blood flow, and i do not feel any broken bones.
Has the foot been wrapped, I see some fuzz from gauze or something on the foot?

It does look like she may have some type of injury or cuts on the foot (photo below).

I'd give the foot a bit of a soaking, spread the foot out if possible and get some more photos of those areas.

In the video, she's so ginger trying to put the foot down, I'd lean more toward injury/break.

After soaking the foot, dry it well, then apply just a very thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment to just those scabby parts.
Wrap the foot flat like you are going to splint it, making sure that wrappings are not pinching the webbing of the foot or scrunching up the toes.

I'd wrap the foot all the way up to at least the spur bud to help stabilize it. Splinting manual is linked below too.

What's her joint look like? If she does okish with the foot splinted, but still has an issue putting weight on it, you may want to wrap up to the joint to stabilize more of the leg.
Wrappings must be checked frequently to make sure they are fitting well, not too tight or have not slipped out of place.

I'd also start her on 1/4tablet B-Complex daily.
