Disapointed with TSC Nutreena offerings...Vent

Usually TSC will go out of its way to get what you want.
I feed Manna Gro formular to my rabbits, they carry Manna Pro,( not the same) I asked and they got it in for me and when I had other breeders wanting the grain they got it in by the Ton.
Talk to the manager I am sure they will be more than happy to get it on the shelves for you.

Hi - I actually sell Nutrena feed... I had an old 30 something percheron with knees the size of cantelopes (to the point of not being able to fully bend his legs for the farrier, & forget about laying down) with NO teeth what so ever. I tried everything under the sun & nothing would put weight on him. I then got into Nutrena... I know their senior feed isn't as high a fat content, but the way they process their feed IS different. They actually test the percentages of the grains going into the feed in order to get the highest quality out of their feed. (rather than fillers). Anyway, Before I started selling Nutrena, I put Creak on their senior feed. He was severely under weight at that time (he was a rescue from the truck of death...). He was allowed to come out and eat almost any time he wanted, in decent quantities of grain. He got built back up to a good weight for his condition, at which point he went on a scheduled feeding regime. He kept his weight on, and filled out beautifully. At that point I started selling Nutrena

Here's a pic of Creak. He worked so hard his entire life until we got him. Then he just did what he wanted, and was such a good boy! He died early this spring from a stroke (we wound up having to put him down

)... Here's the big lug!!
Before Nutrena: You can see how his ribs and hips stuck out

After he was on Nutrena: Here you can see his knees too...

My point is, you might want to try the Nutrena senior feed. It's a very high quality grain, and did wonders for our big boy...

Shoot TSC a email an see how high they jump. I sent them a complaint once. Got a phone call from corporate the next day. A call from the district manager the day after that an 2 days later the store manager. That was about workers dodging customers around the baby chick been.

No, I never have. I pay $19.95 for the bucket and it lasts me 2 months. I pay 12.95 a bag for Omolene 200. The mare eats 5 feed scoops of Omolene and 1 measure of Weightbuilder per day. My scoop holds about 3 lbs of feed, so that's roughly 15 lbs of grain a day. She was skin and bones on that until I added the Weightbuilder. She gets fertilized bermudagrass free choice plus pasture. She is 22 and in good health except for some pretty severe arthritis. For that she gets MSM and bute daily.

Oh, and our local feed store carries the Weightbuilder.

I've tried the Weightbuilder before, was very satisfied with the results. Used it on one of our rescues, who stayed in relatively poor condition even after rehabilitation. We started feeding some to him, using just a tad of corn oil to make the powder stick to the feed, and he bulked up! Total different horse, that scrawny little rescue is now a big beautiful quarterhorse that lives solely off the pasture now and is actually getting too fat on grass. We only used a single bucket, maybe two for him and that was it. It has had lasting results.

I also tried rice bran, didn't notice too much of a difference, but I do know that different horses respond different ways to different feed.

We also used Calf Manna, I liked what I saw. It didn't build weight like the weight builder did, but it did give noticeable difference in the horses. It helped keep their appetite healthy, and their coats immaculate.

Many feedstores, not just TSC, will order feed on request if they carry the brand. Since you have a specific feed you want, tell them and they will order it. Feedstores won't stock stuff, they're not sure will sell. If they know that you and possibly others want it, they'll stock it for ya.

Bear foot farm are you SURE they can get it for me? That would fan freaking tastic!!!!! I don't think they can.Why do you think they can?

I can't be 100% positive, but if they have a Nutrena distributor, they SHOULD be able to order any Nutrena product.

I raise sheep, and the TSC nearest me didnt carry sheep minerals UNTIL I asked them to

The worst that can happen is they will say no
