We had a hen disappear a few weeks ago(3 to be exact 
) and then emerge from under the barn the other day with 10! new chicks with her. We have had many hens go broody before, but they never hatched more then 4 at a time. Is this an abnormal amount? She looks a little silly trying to sit on all of them! lol. We managed to catch them all and put them with her in the barn in their own area. We are simply amazed over here!
