Discolored wattle?

My 6 month old pullet has a wattle that is looking pale in one area. Is this something I should be concerned about? Do I need to fix it? If so, how? Does the rest of her face/comb look ok?

I have recently changed their feed to layer feed as other flock members are beginning to lay. She's eating, drinking, running, flying, roosting, and pooping normally. She is the low-chicken in the pecking order and the top chicken (who started laying today) has been hogging feed over the last few days. Could she be lacking nutrients or something?

Is this something that has just changed? My guess is just keep an eye on her and if it does get worse them start her on electrolytes (might want to do that anyway). Make sure her behavior doesn’t change, eating drinking pooping etc.

Looks like it may be a little scar tissue, she might have had a little scrape with a scab on it, if that’s the case it will colour up in the sun
