Disease name and treatment

Now chicks seem to be stable or used to it. Chicks have bcome weak but not very much affected. I put vitamins and minerals in water on daily basis.

Kindly advise what to do with these warts that look dry particularly on eye. One eye of both chicks is closed.
Thanks in advance
Where are you located in the world (state/country)?
Are there lesions inside the beak as well?

If you have vet care, that is best.

Normally you want to leave the scabs alone, is the other eye open or is it crusted closed too?
You can try getting the eye open and remove the crusts, then applying an opthalmic ointment like Terramycin.
It looks like the Fowl Pox has turned into wet form (diphtheritic ) which is more serious. Do you have any antibiotics on hand for treatment of secondary infection?
