I have a rooster who is gasping for air and has a funny voice has one droopy eye also in that droopy eye it has tiny bublesbut it seems to eat fine ,can someone help please!?

What do you mean by funny voice? Does her chirp sound weird? Could you describe it? I'm thinking possibly gapeworm. Does she stretch her neck out occasionally and keep her mouth open? As for the eye bubble, I'm not sure. Hopefully, someone else will know.

Well the voice is like hard to describe,it's like when you try to get air but you have something stuck

That sounds like gapeworm to me. Let me do some research, and I will write a reply in a few minutes. Let me tag some chicken experts to get a second opinion. @azygous @KikisGirls

Check his crop for impaction. The symptoms are similar to what you describe.
