today we have this drooping as you see some blood in it but with the history of using tetracycline powder just for one bofore three days ago , please suggest treatment?

What symptoms are you seeing? Blood in the droppings can be a sign of irritation in the intestines, and may be a sign of coccidiosis, enteritis, capillary worms, and other things. I would get several fresh droppings checked by a local vet with a fecal test. The signs of coccidiosis which can be common in young birds or older birds with immunity problems, are sleepiness, hunched or puffed up posture, refusing to eat, runny droppings with mucus or blood, and weakness. Corid powder 1 1/2 tsp or Corid liquid 2 tsp per gallon of water for 5-7 days is a good treatment. I would also give the chickens a small amount of plain yogurt for probiotics.

thanks for your information , yeah the signs are present like puffed up ,sleepiness , and apiece of intestinal lining also as appear in the picture is present , actually i have nine chicken and two days before this problem we make s/c vaccination for ND and influenza for all chicken and after two days i discovered that two of them had white diarrhea , i think the vaccination make a stress so that coccidiosis appeared , one of the two diseased chicken has symptoms exactly as you mentioned for coccidiosis , and i should mention that their diet is only wheat seed , does this seed should be changed or what ?

Chickens require a balanced chicken feed that has multiple grains, vitamins, and minerals. 16%-20% protein is needed for health and laying eggs. What country are you in? Coccidiosis medicines can vary in different countries. Here is the US, we usually use amprollium (Corid,) or a sulfa antibiotic. Amprollium is common in other countries, sulfa drugs are used also, and toltrazuril is also used. Hopefully, your chickens are just having a reaction to the vaccine, but I hope that you are able to help them. Here are some articles that you may want to read:
