Looks like fowl pox. I'm not real familiar with the looks of it, but can give you info about it. Its a virus that will run its course in a few weeks. Look into the chicks mouth, is there any kind of growths in there? The treatment is supportive, with a good poultry vitamin like rooster booster or nitridrench. Some people put teramycin ointment on the pox, Ive always heard to use 2tbls yellow Sulphur mixed with1/2 cup Vaseline.

Thank you. I am trying to catch the other two chicks who have it too, they are hard to catch. I don't know where the Momma roost at night so it is hard to keep track of them.

I agree with fowl pox. It can be much harder on chicks than adults. Their eyes can get infected, and the swelling can cause them not to get to food and water. I would take each chick several times a day, and feed it wet chick feed very watery, and add some egg and a little plain yogurt daily. Poultry Vitamins added to the food or water can be very good. Clean eyes with saline to get them open, and apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment twice daily into eyes of those with eyelid scabs. Get it at feedstores.
