Dislocated Hock?

My 6 month old Buckeye pullet hurt her leg a few days ago and it has steadily gotten worse. At first, she could put a little weight on it , but now she hops around on one leg and can't bear any weight on it. It seems twisted to the side, so that the hurt hock is pointed towards the other one. It's hard to see in the pictures, but her inner two toes on the bad leg seem pulled taut and pulled unnaturally close together. Her hock is also swollen and painful to her, even though there is no broken skin. She seems to be eating and drinking fine and is just as perky as ever, but she can't roost and seems to be in pain. I'd like to help her as best I can. Any help would be appreciated!
