Disorientated chicken

Hi. I've got a 5 year old Rhode Island Red who seems disorientated/dizzy. We've just got home from a weekend away & person feeding doesn't know how long she's been in the coop. Got her to drink some water but not eating. Seems to perk up a bit but then tries to walk & falls over. She's been moulting for a while but new feathers are coming through now. Comb & eyes seem bright, just seems dizzy. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.
